Freedom Of Information (FOI)

Freedom of Information requests can be submitted to any of the Borderlands Partners. It is the responsibility of the receiving Local Authority to process in line with their own governance arrangements.
 

Upon receipt of the FOI request, the receiving Local Authority will share details of the request with all partners (excluding sensitive information).
 

FOI requests relating to the Programme Management Office should be directed to Northumberland County Council as the host Local Authority.
